Once again, Renewal by Andersen has been recognized for “Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Window and Patio Door Manufacturer Brands,” according to the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study.

This is the third consecutive J.D. Power recognition for Renewal by Andersen. It also makes Renewal by Andersen the Most Awarded Brand in the Manufacturer segment of the J.D. Power Windows and Patio Doors Satisfaction Study, something we are truly humbled by. As a global leader in consumer insights, J.D. Power IS "The Voice of the Customer": so hearing that our customers have rated us Number One in customer satisfaction with window and patio door manufacturer brands is especially meaningful. 

We also are excited to announce that we swept the individual factors for the Manufacturer category, as well, achieving the highest scores for “Appearance and Design Features” and “Performance and Reliability”.
