A letter from Paul Delahunt, President of Renewal by Andersen
To our valued homeowners,
Like most of you, we are monitoring the effects of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the health concerns facing our communities. As a result, we have adjusted our operations to focus on meeting your window and door replacement and repair needs.
Windows and doors are critical components of your home. Many of our jobs are related to security, safety, or potential damage such as windows that don’t lock, close, or leak. State and local regulations in your area define window replacement and repair as essential services, and we are ready to help.
We have taken numerous actions to do our part in helping limit the spread of the virus, while remaining open where possible to provide our homeowners with products and services that could be key to contributing to the safety, security, and health of their homes and families.
For homeowners in areas where in-home consultations and installations are still permissible and who would like to keep their scheduled design consultations and window installation appointments, we are following CDC guidelines for businesses, including revamped health precaution policies for one-on-one interactions, including:
And, of course, if you need to postpone your appointment until a later date because you or someone in your household is ill, or simply because you are not comfortable meeting with us at this time, we understand.
In addition, we now offer virtual consultations so you can meet digitally with your design specialist and review your window needs. This service is available in most markets, but is especially important for our homeowners in areas where state or local directives have mandated a pause to in-person operations.
These virtual appointments allow us to meet with you and review your window replacement needs through a video consultation. That way, no homeowner having safety, sanitation, security, or performance issues with their windows will have to forgo needed service/repairs/or replacement.
When it comes down to it, it is you, our homeowners, who have the final say in how and when we work with you. Your comfort level inviting us into your homes—whether it is in-person or virtually—is paramount. As always, we are honored and humbled by your invitation, and we look forward to helping you with your home improvement projects, both now-- focusing on your window and door safety, security and performance needs-- and in the future.
We will continue to monitor this situation and adjust as necessary to provide the safest possible outcomes for our homeowners and team members.
Thank you,
Paul Delahunt

❝I am so glad that I chose Renewal by Andersen for my new windows, they are beautiful and I can already feel the difference in the rooms! The drafts are gone! The installers were wonderful to work with, very professional and courteous. And they treated my home with care. My only regret is that I didn’t get them for the entire house, only about half the windows this time, but I plan to do the other half soon.❞
