This is not a maintenance role. You will build the machine. What You’ll Do Build a Sales Organization Designed for Scale Recruit, develop, and lead a team of high-performing design consultants. Credentials Bachelor’s degree required; advanced coursework or certificates in leadership, sales management, or organizational development are advantageous.
