We provide 3 weeks of paid training to get you started in this role. Ability to work evenings and weekends is required. The Role - What You'll Be Doing: Manage the quality and capacity of appointments set for our outside sales team Maintain an effective day to appointment issued rate Territory maintenance through forecasting the Calendar Accurately complete necessary lead check and administrative duties Communicate with RBA Teammates effectively and clearly Support our culture of delighting internal and external customers Requirements What You’ll Bring – The Person High school diploma or equivalent experience Bi-lingual preferred but not required Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
